Job Responsibility

• To facilitate & manage in scheduling & confirmation of client's appointment.
• To manage reception tasks, which include handling of inquiries, facilitating in registration & closing of transactions etc.
• To assist in preparing & dispensing of prescribed medications by doctors.
• To assist doctors & therapists in any relevant administrative work.
• To assist clients in experiencing the most helpful & friendly services to the best of our capability during their contact with us.
• To prepare, manage & ensure the daily smooth function of the clinic.
• Clinic normal housekeeping needs are to be ensured & carried out.

Job Requirements

• Friendly, good & responsible personality.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of languages.
• Flexible with working schedule, able to work overtime when required. (Full time or Part-time)
• Eager to learn & able to work independently.
• Able to commence work within short notice (expected to commence late Dec or early Jan)
