Job ResponsibilityTo work closely with the Superior to develop & implement effective after sales strategies that promotes rapid sales growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. To assist in the efficient managing of the body and paint operation and ensuring profit and sales target.
2. To remain knowledgeable of the range of products and services, key processes, business initiatives, industry trends and competition in order to assist the sales division in accomplishing company goals.
3. To achieve the annual targets for B&P Department.
4. Planning for parts price revision based on the requirement.
5. To ensure that B&P is able to produce high-quality repair with the right and proper techniques through the established SOPs.
6. To review current business processes and existing Contractors, dealers and Insurance panels and identify weaknesses.
7. Handling issues related to insurance claims.
8. Completion of training for dealer as per schedule.
9. Leading the teams in terms of standardization working environment.
10. Responsible for maintaining good house-keeping and ensuring in line with HMSB's 4S Standard Guidelines
