Job Responsibility

• Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with supplier.
• Identify, qualify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure suitability and cost effectiveness of purchase.
• Responsible for material planning and inventory control.
• Assist in preparation of management report, purchasing analysis, costing, budget and forecast.
• Monitoring and update pricing, issue PO to supplier and follow up with supplier to ensure delivery of goods.
• Any other functions to be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Meticulous, resourceful and possess effective problem solving skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
• Required language(s) both verbal & written: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
