Job Responsibility1. Monitors daily performance and compare figure analysis
2. Reviews all training records, ensure that all units have the proper traIning material and plans
3. Completes daily, weekly & monthly schedule of tasks, activities, program and initiatives
4. Maintain and implement quality standard check. Monitor progress and do correction actions and follows up on implementation.
5. Control wastes and cost
6. Conduct appraisals for all outlet staffs with regularly meeting with them to set common goals and delegates key tasks to them to maximize their potentials
7. Maintain excellent communications with outlet staff discussing with them any pending issues related to the job
8. Set ideal team members count vs actual and works on recruiting qualified team members with the HR Department
9. Performs other duties pertinent to this job assigned
