To prepare shop drawings for client/consultant's approval.
To prepare service for architectural coordination drawings and obtain approvals on time for construction.
Liaising with suppliers/sub-contractors to prepare and obtain approvals for matter's submission.
To prepare architectural Method of statement.
Liaising with the site engineer/consultants on design and detail requirements.
Advised on the practically and feasibility in construction details.
Documentation control of drawings including easy retrieval.
To assist project manager in preparing of sketch design drawing for consultants' approval.
To check on shop drawings submitted by sub-contractors or specialist to ensure its requirements compliance.
To interpret structural. M&E drawings in conjunction with architectural drawings and specifications.
To ensure all architectural works are carried out in accordance to drawing specifications.
To highlight discrepancies between drawings, specifications and/or contract documents.
To carry out inspections with project manager/consultant to resolve discrepancies and details on site.
Monitoring work progress.
Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of relevant high-rise building experiences.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Degree, Professional certificate or equivalent.
Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.
Required skill(s): MS Project, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office.
Candidate must be from Construction background and main-contractors is preferred
