Job ResponsibilityShrimp farm worker plays a role in the feeding, caring and catching of reared shrimps. Works are consisting activities that require consistent physical stamina and operation of machinery to run the daily production routine. Essential responsibilities are:
- Prepare, maintain and repair accessories, tools and ponds before and after the shrimp rearing process
- Carry out daily activities such as rearing shrimp, changing pool water, checking and maintaining water quality, catching shrimp and others
- Cleaning farm and tidying up chemical and feed store
Job Requirements- Candidate who possesses at least SPM or equivalent
- Must be more than 21 y/o and unmarried candidate is preferable
- Ability to work outdoor in all weather conditions including seasonally hot or raining weather pertaining to local area
- Positive attitude and responsible character
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage
- Willing to relocate into farming site and stay in farm for the duration of work days
- Able to provide regular and steady physical stamina for production activities
- Willing to learn and undertake daily ad hoc job pertaining to production issues
- Able to adapt flexible working hours inclusive of weekends and public holiday
