Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities:
1. Level 1 support as per assignment on issue, including Infra
Software application support related to Hospital information and other clinical systems
Level 1 Application Support either onsite or remote
Level 1 troubleshooting/ ID creation for all systems, as per SLA standard
Assist in patch release/ upgrade activities
Documentations - user guide/ user requirements/ process flow
Assist in projects whenever required
Assist in monitoring of Hospital information System
Basic SQL trouble-shooting skills
Assist in other infra issues whenever required PC; desktop; Printers, WIFI, other peripheral HW supports
To provide phone support remotely during standby hours
To attend urgent and top priority cases onsite to resolve the incident during standby hours
Support Staff is required to Clock-in/out daily during office hours
In the event there are any urgent issues on systems, the Support Staff may be required to return to hospital site for support without advance notice
Job Requirement:
o Familiar with Hospital Information System (HIS), SQL, UAT, Patching
Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology
Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written
