Job ResponsibilityApplication Support Engineer
o L1 monitoring and L2 support for .NET and Java applications
o Basic knowledge on scripting (Python and Shell preferably)
o Experience in SDLC and Change Management Process
o Working knowledge of relational databases and comfortable with testing T-SQL and PL-SQL jobs
o Experience in Batch Scheduler monitoring (Control-M added advantage)
o Experience in ITIL process relevant to application support (production support activities, incident management tracking & service improvement)
o Basic knowledge of DevOps platform to consume CI/CD pipeline for production deployments as part of release management
o Knowledge on IT Disaster Recovery design
o Experience in Asset Management or Investment Banking Domain will be an added advantage
