Job Description
Job Responsibility
Involve in client support on company's Treasury and Investment Management suite of software.
As a first point of contact to our clients.
Resolves clients' application questions, problems and supports issues in the areas of database, infrastructure related issues with application, system configuration/setup, report testing, troubleshooting, system functionality and business enhancements.
Recommend appropriate solutions to clients on how to use application on reported issues.
Provide patches/script/releases as necessary, investigate, research, testing and resolve client in timely manner.
Collaborate with internal software development team to ensure the stability of software application and reports before delivering to our clients.
Assist in improving the software application to meet current market requirements.
Understand client's problem through effective listening skills, positive action, information gathering and/or log escalation.
Priorities, balance, multitask competing issues with deference to urgency, length of outstanding time and category of client.
Monitor and maintain issues in helpdesk system.
Provide internal or external training to clients.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Commerce or its equivalents.
At least 1 year of Application support or software development experiences.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience Treasury/Investment/Insurance industry is an added advantage though not necessary.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Ability to identify problems and issues encountered and highlight to manager.
Good Communication skills and interpersonal skill at all levels.
Proficiency of English in written and oral communication is necessary.
Willing to travel overseas.
