Job ResponsibilityResponsibilites:
o To support Clinical Haematologist in Leukaemia Diagnosis.
o Plan, co-organize and conduct training/course/seminar/workshop to suit customers' needs.
o Continuously identify, evaluate, and introduce new or potential clinical diagnostic products or technologies to meet customers' satisfaction.
o Identify, develop, and deliver training programme to enhance technical competencies of internal staffs.
o Train and develop Application Support personnel to understand and master the standard operation procedure, assay quality control, and troubleshooting for Clinical o Diagnostic products carried and assigned by company.
o Contribute to business plan by collaborating with Sales and Marketing Departments to identify product positioning, target customers and endorse marketing strategy.
o Lead the Department Daily Operation for continual compliance with ISO quality management system requirements.
o Provide regular feedback and reports on market new developments and competitor products to the Company Management team.
o Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
o Minimum BSc in Biomedical Science or MSc in Haematology/ Cell Biology. Fresh post-graduate student with laboratory experience is encouraged to apply.
o Minimum 2-years lab experience are required. Knowledgeable and experience in Haematology or Flow Cytometry will be an added advantage.
o Good Biomedical laboratory skills.
o Ability to discuss fundamentals, principles and technical theory of experimental design, techniques, and results in a concise and professional manner.
o Effective communication skill to clearly articulate technical & product information to both internal & external customers.
o Possesses own transport. Able to travel domestically and/or internationally; Travel allowance is given accordingly.
o Responsible, independent, and well-organized.
