Job Responsibility- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers' needs.
- Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage point-of-sales processes.
- Keep up-to-date with products information.
- Achieve sales target and ensure outlet stock accuracy
- Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc
- Comply to company policies and standard operation procedures
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements- Proven working experience in retail sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Customer service focus.
- Friendly, self-motivated, confident and sales driven.
- Basic administration skills.
- Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent.
