Responsibilities:
o Managing and determines shop cash flow, expenses, sales records
o Manage and complete daily store operation jobs
o Market merchandising by studying promotion, pricing, product display, stock control and stock manage.
o Achieve the sales target
o Resolve customer problems
o Contributing to the team in order to accomplish and achieve the result and team work
o Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the superior
Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or above in any field.
o At least having a year of experience in Sales, Retailing or relevant field would be an added advantage
o Having leadership skills and mentor the team
o Must be confident, friendly and able to provide good customer services.
o Proactive and initiative team player with the ability to achieve sales targets.
o Independent, ambitious and team driven.
o Charismatic, hardworking and able to commit as part of the retail team.
o Must have the passion and drive to grow together with the team.
o Able to work accordingly to retail hours, including weekends & Public Holidays (Alternate Rest Day)
o Possess transport for traveling.
