Job ResponsibilityMain Responsibilities
o Provide support to end users on enquiries to HR Software via phone call / email / remote
assistance
o Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues
o Perform data migration works
o Conduct product training to end users
o Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner
o Involve in ad-hoc projects, pre-implementation discussions
Job Requirements
o Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or relevant qualifications relating to IT/Computer / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
o At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support /
Accounting / Finance system is preferred.
o Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
o Strong IT and Software troubleshooting skills is an added advantage.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
o Candidates with experience in handling Accounting / Finance Software System is an added
advantage.
o A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, independent and able to work under pressure.
o Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
