- Responsible for directing and planning advertising programs and policies, producing collateral materials such as ad posters
- Increasing / creating interest towards purchase of company's product and services
- Planning, managing, analyzing and identify marketing plan/ campaign throughout the year
- To promote company's brand, products and services
- Responsible for prepare sales reporting monthly
- Lead designer team on marketing strategies and promotional material for online and offline platform
Responsibility:
1. UPDATE NEW/ EXISTING PRODUCT
- Ensure the new product is updated in the Tealeaf Mart Apps, E-Commerce platform
- To update any promotion, price change in company's apps, E-commerce platform if necessary
- Managing digital marketing campaign via social media platform (FB, IG & Twitter) & Treleaf Mart Apps
- Promote company's products and services through the website and digital space
- Edit and post creative ideas for marketing content, video, live fb on social media
- Create engagement with audience using social media (FB, IG, Twitter)
- Improve social media follower engagement by promoting campaign
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Explore and understand the products posted in the apps, social media (ie, FB, IG, and Twitter) and E-commerce platform.
- Understand the process for each marketing platform
- Work closely with Operation Departments on product & activities launches and promotions
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Receive any inquiry/complaints from customer
- Provide consultation regarding customer's queries (ie, registration, ordering, postage)
- Manage operations for service excellence
- Liaise with courier services in order to process the shipment to customer
DEVELOP STRATEGIC MARKETING PLAN
- Manage and monitor all promotion programs that promote the product and services of a company
- To plan the budget, formulation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the online & offline business
- To support Retail Division in the preparation of Quarterly, Annual Marketing Plans and Business Reviews
- To maintain & create interest & traffic to all our social media platform & websites
- Producing current creative trend promotional material and ideas
- Conduct research and collation of information towards the preparation of the A&P plans
- Liaise with partners, suppliers, government agencies, tourism related bodies, charity/ volunteer organisations, residents' associations, corporate organisations, etc for marketing & promotional program
- Manage & supervise promotion on-ground, setup and dismantle works to ensure promotional guidelines are adhered
- To prepare marketing & promotion report weekly, OEM product status and etc.
- To lead & execute on the marketing & promotion of outlet opening- Engage and liaise with external partners on product and marketing campaign
- Explore business collaborations with new partners
- To undertake any other related job directed by the Management from time to time
SALES REPORTING
- Prepare monthly proposal, conceptual, plan and execute promotional campaigns and related promotions
- Compile report for management showing result (ROI)
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media activities over digital platforms
- Prepare and Analyze sales data from each platform (Apps, Social Media, E-commerce)
- Understand and report on market trend based on account data
- Execute activities and plan driven by data analytics
