Job ResponsibilityPROCUREMENT
a) Assist superior to ensure smooth running of accessories and equipment purchasing related
matter to support parlour operation, sales administration documents replenishment, make
up and embalming item purchase, staff/workers uniforms order, stationaries purchase and
hardware sourcing for building maintenance.
b) Ensure the timely delivery of quality products at the lowest possible cost.
c) Participates in the selection of suppliers based on criteria of price offered, quality of
product/services and payment term application.
d) Conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices.
SERVICE SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
a) Ensure prompt monthly invoices submission from funeral service suppliers such as music
band,canopy rental, food & beverages order, bus rental, florist items etc.
b) Process monthly invoices from office service supplier such as utilities bill, copier machine ,
courier, service , etc.
