Job Responsibility

• To perform day to day general administrative tasks
• Attend to incoming and outgoing customer phone calls
• Handle parents and students' inquiries and provide assistance
• Monitor documents, student applications and study overseas processes
• Recording documents flow and filing
• Research on study options for student to study overseas
• Submit applications to partner Institutions

Job Requirements

• Able to start work immediately
• Candidate able to work at Subang Jaya. 
• Salary can be discuss based on experience
• Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English as this candidate will be engaging with stakeholders and suppliers.
  
• Candidates must possess at least Secondary School and above
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Language required: English, Mandarin
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Hokkien or Cantonese is mandatory
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Internet savvy
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good attention to details
• Able to work independently
• Willingness to learn new things
