Job ResponsibilityWe are accounting company located in Penang looking for administrative officer.
Duties & Responsibilities:-
- Provide administrative support such as issue sales invoice, payment voucher and tasks assigned by superior.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
- Handle human resource support such as monthly payroll calculation, employee claims and leave maintenance.
- Perform admin tasks such as liaison with suppliers and administrative documentation.
- Ad hoc administrative task as per required.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
- Working experience as an administrative assistant for 2 years will be add advantage.
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Own transportation.
- 1 full time position.
