Job RequirementsHiring Administrative Assistant
Location: Old Klang Road, KL
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
- At least 1 year experience in an administrative assistant or similar position
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Handle personal and confidential information with care
- Knowledge of office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Experience/knowledge of the insurance industry is an added advantage.
