Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Undertake administrative duties for the sales unit.
  • Reading, monitoring and assisting in responding to all incoming sales email,
  • Taking dictation and typing letters for sales Manager,
  • Assist in planning and organizing sales/marketing events,
  • Prepare presentations in MS PowerPoint for meeting & etc.
  • Taking of minutes during meetings.
  • Prepare reports
  • Assist to make follow up calls to customers

Job Requirements

Strictly, candidates with the following requirement will be considered.

  • Must possess Diploma/ Degree in Secretarial or Office management
  • Must have at least 3 years working experience in a related field
  • Good Computing skills, including Microsoft Office at a highly proficient level
  • Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin language is an advantage.
  • Must be able to handle written communication from customers and suppliers independently.
  • Mandatory requirement must have good typing skill at least 35 wpm with typing certificate
  • Knowledge of shorthand an added advantage.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Possess good time & work management skills
  • Preferably candidates living around Gombak, Kepong, Selayang, Sentul, Ampang, Rawang & etc    


  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Versatile & able to adapt to working environment duties & responsibilities.
  • Must be able to do multitasking
  • Good interpersonal skill.
