Job Responsibility
As our Administrative Operations Executive, you'll be working with our Operations team to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations and report directly to the district agency director. You'll need to be highly organized, independent, and make decisions on behalf of the company.

What is your role:
-Responsible for the overall operations of the company and agency concerning New Business, POS, Claims, and any servicing needs.
Ability to track projects and tasks and follow up promptly on all administrative matters relating to the operations of the company.
-Handle requests and queries from our sales advisors, respectively as well as helping them follow up with respective insurers to resolve problems.
-Preparing sales and performance reports, payrolls, company accounts for the director.
-Ensuring the day-to-day operations are running smoothly and resolving any daily problems.
-Work with the director in developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures where required.
-Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
-Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and digital filing software.
