Job Responsibility1. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing systems.
2. Compile reports and presentation briefing.
3. Maintain diary, arrange meeting and appointments.
4. Monitor office supplies requirement.
5. Prepare correspondence and documentation as been requested.
Accountability:
1. Accountable for the documentation management in the department.
Reqirements:
1. Minimum SPM
2. Preferably 2 years relevant working experience.
3. Computer literate
