Job Description
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company (e.g., assist with the day-to-day operations by doing tasks such as issue necessary documents, copying, scanning, filing paperwork, etc)
Arrange and follow up courier services
Support other team members by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
Answer phone calls and assist & support visitors
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Maintain inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
Accept incoming inventory, count inventory, and move inventory to its designated area
Send and collect documents/parcel/items/cheques
Office upkeep and housekeeping
Attend to any other works as instructed by the management
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM/Diploma with 1 year working experience at least
Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe
Valid B2 License at least. D License is an added advantage
Good communication skills, responsible, collaborative, self-discipline respect team mates.
Experience in administrative activities is an added advantage
