Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company (e.g., assist with the day-to-day operations by doing tasks such as issue necessary documents, copying, scanning, filing paperwork, etc)
  • Arrange and follow up courier services
  • Support other team members by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Answer phone calls and assist & support visitors
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Maintain inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
  • Accept incoming inventory, count inventory, and move inventory to its designated area
  • Send and collect documents/parcel/items/cheques
  • Office upkeep and housekeeping
  • Attend to any other works as instructed by the management

Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma with 1 year working experience at least
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe
  • Valid B2 License at least. D License is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills, responsible, collaborative, self-discipline respect team mates.
  • Experience in administrative activities is an added advantage
