Job Description


Job Responsibility
> To perform in a dateline-driven environment & strong attention to details.
> Key responsibility perform Executive Office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, performing basic bookkeeping work, account data entry.
> File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
> Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
> Verified the guest check out folio/ settlement of account.
> To monitor online travel agents rate planning, to update the rates after received a notification from Hotel Manager.
> Monitor all social channel like Tripadvisor, facebook, twitter, Instagram etc. and reply to the guests on behalf of the Hotel Manager after taking necessary approvals on case to case.
> Maintain schedules and calendars of the Hotel Manager assist administration work.
> Assist conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
> Assist handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
> In charge of hotel team member attended/ overtime record.
