Job ResponsibilityJob Purpose:
Monitor the day-to-day functions of the building management department and liaise with the Property Manager to which he/she is assigned which focus of job is to support the Building Manager in all aspects of management pertaining to the property and act as the liaison between the company's employees and the Property Manager for maintenance and issues
Key Accountabilities:
o Review maintenance logs and report on daily activities
o Lead supervisors with emergency response and evacuations
o Liaise with building manager to provide support as required.
o Maintain compliance with Dialog's minimum standards, policies and procedures.
o Purchase materials, maintain, control and regulate usage of inventory and assisting the building manager with developing a budget
o Review administrative duties of the supervisor such as perparing periodic reports and working schedule or checklist and maintain a record system for maintenance service reports, repair costings etc for all the facilities system
o Enforce building security and safety policies and train staff members on proper policy protocols.
o Review and monitor the condition of the building, facilities and surrounding property to identify potential problems to minimise breakdown
