1.To monitor operation & tracking the completion of works.
2.To communicate with site technician / team leader staffs and follow up work in progress effectively.
3.To communicate with suppliers & vendors to support the operation.
4.To do planning for manpower for operation support (project, installation, breakdown)
5.To prepare prepare documentation (e.g work permit) to carry out work
6.To do planning, traveling, manpower, scheduling for support operation.
7.To compile daily report & service work orders from site technician.
8. To prepare scope of work for new service requested.
9.To compile contract document and submit monthly report.
10.To attend new service request from customer and prepare scope of work / costing
