Job ResponsibilitySales Admin
o Analyze and prepare reports for Management review.
o Liaise and handle purchasers enquires.
o Ensure all sales document's completeness and key-in correctly into the credit administration system.
Tenancy and Credit Control
o To monitor and ensure all tenancy documentations are in order and input into computerized system accurately
o To monitor and ensure prompt collection of monthly rental for all rented properties
o To implement and follow up on planning to ensure property is rented to fullest capacity.
Customer Relation
o To monitor and ensure on Customer Service Department relating to complaint for the Sale Admin Department as well as Tenants complaint.
Purchasing
o To monitor on the SOP on purchasing procedures for all purchasing.
o To check on stock on monthly basis for stationary and others office equipment as well as checking on the Mall purchasing PR and PO.
General Duties
o To ensure that rental details are maintained accurately and promptly in company lease asset record
o To assist in the administration and preparation of property management-related documents such as offer letters and agreements based on standards set by the company
o To meet organization goals by demonstrating ownership and accountability when accomplishing new or routine tasks assigned and adding value to the departmental performance
o To fulfill any ad-hoc tasks related to property management from time to time.
o Must be willing to work in Seremban.
