Arrangement for medical, accommodation, transportation and banking
Conduct inspection on hostel and ensure subsequence rectifications accomplished.
Training and development.

Ensure fulfilment of pre-training requisition
Training registration and payment arrangement
Follow up for certificate, post-training evaluation form and training material.
Ensure smooth execution of the training needs in accordance to the approved annual training plan and coordinate to achieve IMS training objective.
Ensure that training records are filed and maintained in accordance to IMS requirement.
Administer HRDF fund, grant and claim.
Facilitate for internal training.
Recruitment of New Employee.

Non-Payroll Executive to handle non-executive position and below. Whereas Payroll Executive to handle the same level of employees as payroll. Both Executive to handle Non-P&C items/matters for all level of employees:

job posting and filtering job application
interview arrangement and reference check
arrange work required medical check-up (if any)
prepare the documentation/items/allocation for new hire
conduct induction program & office tour
update in HR system
ensure signed HR documents are in place
monitor & follow-up for all probationary staff monthly appraisal reviews until the new hire is confirmed
Employee welfare arrangement including arranging for any company event, welfare entitlement, insurance and medical related.

Performance management.

Ensure monitoring & reporting of attendance
leave application record management,
Conduct staff counselling (for non-executive & below)
Assist in misconduct investigation
Performance appraisal exercise (for non-executive position and below)
