Job Responsibility- Diploma in Management / Business Administrations / HR Management
- Min 1 year related work experience
- Able to communicate effectively in English & Bahasa Malaysia - oral & written
- Human resources records administration - leave records, OT hours, claims, assist in recruitment process, workers work permit applications, prepare HR letters
- Maintain a coordinated filing system for easy retrieval of documents and information
- Maintain stock and purchase of stationery, pantry items
- General office cleanliness
- 5.5 days work week (alternate Saturdays)
