Job ResponsibilityTo provide administrative support and take instruction to reply email & WhatsApp.
To maintain a systematic filing system, records and safe keeping of documents.
To liaise and establish good relationships with new and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Approach and visit customers to identify customer's requirement and purpose effective recruitment solution.
Preparing and submitting customer's quotation and sales reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
