Job Responsibility- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Possess positive working attitude, independent and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good written/spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia requirement
