Job ResponsibilityJob Description
- To handle all administrative work related to sales, operations, and hiring
- Support administrative management and coordination of related administration functions.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including calls, and mailing.
- Maintain, complete, and up-to-date records and documents
- Assist in other administrative tasks and perform other support functions as assigned.
- Responsible for day-to-day HR and Administration operations on the ground for Malaysia team
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Possess initiative, able to work independently, and perform multi-task.
