Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, files and reports to the company's admin requirements and practice.
- Coordinate activities and schedule meetings and training
- Prepare reports, minutes, memos, letters, notices, emails and other documents
- Review documents and agreements (tenancy agreement/franchise agreement)
- Perform day-to-day admin tasks
- Communicate and answer customers' & franchisees' inquiries
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned
Job Requirements
- Good in English and Chinese writing
- Able to speak Mandarin and English, you will need to speak with mandarin and english speaking - parties
- Able to start on short notice
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to liaise with all level of people internally and externally
