Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o To follow company's SOP procedures, prepare and update all related document.
o Set up and maintain filling systems.
o To perform general and administrative duties.
o Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties.
o To provide general administrative and operations support
o To issue purchase orders and delivery orders
o To liaise with accounts for the invoice issuance and payment arrangement to suppliers.
o To monitor the stock balance of materials and finished goods and arrange the purchase.
o Assist in data entry and ad hoc admin duties
