Our company is looking for a focused, industrious, and likable candidate to fill a vacant General Administrator position. As a General Administrator, you will perform a variety of clerical duties to help keep the office running smoothly. Our ideal candidate is an efficient, dynamic, and cooperative individual who can perform well while juggling multiple tasks with little to no direct supervision.
General Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
o Provide general administrative activities to the organization to include filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork
o Initiate research, collecting data and generate report
o Maintain updated systems for filing, inventory, mailing, and databases
o Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
o Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions
o Type, format, proofread and edit documents from notes or dictation
o Take inventory and order
o Prepare and mail bills, invoices, checks, and contracts
o Any ad-hoc duties to support operation team
