Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o To assist the Superior in organizing daily administrative workload, including work diaries, meeting schedule and travel schedule.
o Assemble and prepare papers required by the Superior to attend meetings, prepare reports, or reply to request for information.
o Ensure the maintenance of clear and effective filing, records, and other systems and to keep them updated.
o Organize and prioritize workload on a daily basis using own initiative and knowledge of the work with minimum supervision from the Superior.
o Perform other related responsibilities or ad-hoc duties as required by the Superior.
Qualification Required: -
o Proficient in both written English and Malay is an advantage.
o Able to work independently.
o Willing to learn and take instructions, responsible and has positive attitude.
o Good skill on MS Word and Excel are essential.
