HAG is looking to hire an admin cum stock assistant to ensure all office operations are efficient. Applicants must at least have a diploma in any related field. Prior work experience is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.
Job Description
- Issuing invoices, quotations, delivery orders, credit notes, and A/R payment.
- Cross-checking documents and transactions.
- Knowledgeable in essential document editing software (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
- Keep records of minute meetings.
- Clerical work (filing, answering and making calls to customers, etc.)
- Arranging interviews and doing reference calls.
- Responsible for data entry.
- Responsible for drafting letters.
- Performing physical stock count and making sure stocks is tallied.
- Preparing monthly reports.
Job RequirementsPersonal Traits
- Possess minimum education level.Diploma or at least with 2 years of experience
- Flexible
- Able to go outstation
- Possess valid driving license.
- Good time management
- Efficient
- Able to work in a team
- Able to communicate proficiently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
Job Benifits- Basic salary RM1,500 - RM2,000 per month
