Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities:
o Coordinate and carry out daily installation, maintenance and repair works as per checklist and schedule.
o Maintain filter and strainer for AHU, FCU, Pump, Water Feature, all M&E equipment etc.
o Assist in inspection, testing and service of all fire protection system.
o Attend to minor mechanical and electrical defects reported by tenants.
o Coordinate with contractor in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building system.
o Carry out any necessary building related work such as masonry, painting, carpentry, drainage, electrical piping plumbing and etc.
o Attend to and resolve tenants' complaints pertaining to facilities issues with tact and promptness.
Requirements:
o Possess SPMV or MLVK or any technical related certificate.
o At least 2 years working experience in building maintenance or construction.
o Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
o Computer literate is an added advantage.
