Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities in facilitating the efficient operation of the organisation.
  • Take, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Effective in planning, prioritising and executing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Organising and implementation skills to assist in the achievement of business goals.
  • Exhibit skills in building & maintaining good relationships both internally & externally.
  • Arrange and schedule appointments, departmental meetings, and management meetings.
  • Maintain schedules, calendars and coordinate and follow up on daily duties and files.
  • Other special related duties.

Job Requirements
  • High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Candidate should have at least 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all level of people.
  • Strong written and spoken in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
