Job ResponsibilityRequirements:

Job Description
o Safeguard CS provides kiosk to condominium/apartment.
o Need to liaise with software and hardware on kiosks readiness.
o Develop client support by introducing company and services to potential client.
o Need to liaise with the client for the kiosk installation at site.
o Provide administrative support to daily office operations
o To perform general administrative work, maintain systematic filing system
o To prepare financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
o Assure the proper recording of business transactions so that the financial statements of
the business are accurate and timely.
o To perform day-to-day processing of financial transactions and ensure that they are up to
date.
o Handling accounting data entry, matching of accounting documents and other day to day
operations of accounts functions.
o To perform bank reconciliation daily and monthly settlement.
