Job Responsibility

• Order goods from suppliers
• Follow Up/push supplier - motherboard
• Make a Feedback video
• Determine the repair order list
• Key in order customer walk in
• Update stock (repair items)
• Ask the customer to scan QR (feedback service)
• Be the frontman for customer walk-ins

Job Requirements

• SPM
• Have soft skills (know how to use Microsoft)
• Good communication in Bahasa, English and Mandarin (Jika boleh) .
