Job Responsibility1. Assist in Payroll administration and responsible in HR related matters
2. Manage distribution of company assets such as uniforms, name card, computer/notebook & etc.
3. Assist in foreign worker related matters such as permit application, permit renewal, check-out memo, flight booking and etc.
4. Assist in HR related documentations and ensure all documents relevant updates are made as required.
5. Perform any other ad-hoc as and when required by the superior.
Requirements:
1. Diploma / Certificate in Human Resource Management, or related filed
2. Fresh Graduation candidates are welcome
3. Relevant work experience as an Admin/HR or similar role.
4. Required language: English, Malay and Mandarin
5. Good communication skills.
6. Able to work independently with good initiative.
