To perform administration duties, clerical works and assist accounting duty in order to ensure effective and efficient operation within the Company.
Job Description
1. Perform administration and clerical works i.e. data entry, filling, printing, scanning etc
2. Perform basic accounting duty i.e. issue payment vouchers, cheques, invoices, payroll, claim submission etc
3. Perform cashflow management duty i.e. data entry, issue daily / weekly report etc
4. Updating documents related to human resource, finance and administration
5. Provide administrative support i.e. upkeep of office equipment, courier etc.
6. Attend incoming calls/messages, mail & email enquiries from tenants/customers
7. Build up and maintain a relationship with tenants/customers in a professional manner with an objective to fulfil their needs
8. Ad-hoc task as requested from management from time-to-time
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or currently pursuing in Certificate /Diploma / Bachelor Degree in related field
2. Possess good written & spoken communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
3. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
4. Good personality and interpersonal skills
5. Able to multitask and work independently under minimum supervision
6. Possess own transport
7. Internship position for duration minimum 3 months
8. Monthly Allowance will be provided: RM500 + travelling allowance (if any)
