Perform admin duties (Invoice and DO)
Issue invoices
Update/ enter invoice data into system
Filling
Any ad hoc duties that assigned by Superior
Handling of all administrative tasks
Prepare payments and checking of receipts against portal/system
Ensure that all documentation and filing is kept up to date
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for book keeping
To assist for financial year end audit and closing of accounts.
Manage ad-hoc projects/ duties/ task as assigned from time to time.
