Job ResponsibilityAble to handle full set of Account.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basic.
- Update and maintain accurate accounting entry into accounting system.
- To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification and follow up.
- Handle data entry for all account transaction including Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP) & General Ledger (GL).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Keep track and follow up on debtor's outstanding payments.
- Able to handle staff claims, petty cash, payment vouchers.
- Manage proper documentation and filling for record keeping.
- Able to work independently, positive attitude and with minimum supervision.
- Due to the nature of this job functions, it is expected that the employed candidate will spend about half of her time on Accounts and Admin respectively.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (preference).
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to meet datelines.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required and experience in handling full sets of accounts.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Financio, ERP or other accounting system.
- In occasional situations, the candidate is expected to work a bit beyond 6 pm due to work exigencies.
