Job ResponsibilityJOB DESCRIPTION:
o General administrative duties.
o Perform daily basic accounting functions and data entry.
o Prepare purchase order and follow-up materials on-site projects.
o Prepare payment vouchers, journal vouchers, receiving vouchers and invoices.
o Prepare statutory payment documents such as EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions.
o To handle bank-in cheque.
o Prepare staff petty-cash and purchase claims.
o Maintain and upkeep proper filing & documentations.
o Responsible to assist Admin/Account Executive.
o Able to multi-task and manage multi-companies at the same time.
o Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Requirement
o Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/Business Admin.
o Minimum 1-3 years of working experience.
o Strong analytical skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
o Skills required: Microsoft Office, UBS Accounting
