Job Description
Job Responsibility
To establish a network of employers and match jobseekers with vacancies, find workers for employers and casual labour for particular projects at the request of enterprises and other organizations including MNCs and local enterprises, or find places for jobseekers for a commission.
Tasks include -
Cold calling to engage with employers who has recruitment needs.
matching jobseekers with vacancies;
discussing with employers the skills and other characteristics required of the workers to be employed or contracted;
finding workers with appropriate skills, and undertaking the necessary formalities according to national or international regulations and requirements;
ensuring that the employment contracts meet legal requirements and signing them
coordinate all issues that may arise in daily operations.
Job Requirements
SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
Computer literate and numerate.
Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good attitude and responsible character.
Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
