Job Responsibility

• Responsible for office administrative support, finance and other related work;
• Office daily management and maintenance;
• Purchasing & ordering office supplies;
• Assist department colleagues to prepare required documents;
• Finance related work;
• Receiving visiting customers;
• Other office administration related work;

Job Requirements

• High school, junior college, and undergraduate students are welcome (salary is based on academic qualifications);
• Proficiency in Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Be responsible and have the ability to work under pressure.
• Experienced/inexperienced are welcome
