Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Assisting with administrative clerical duties, such as information maintenance, system data entry, etc.
  • Performing office duties, such as liaising with external parties (Company Secretary, Auditors, Government Agencies) or running errands.
  • Scheduling management meetings, creating agendas, and attending meetings to record minutes.
  • Facilitating communication between management and personnel.
  • Communicate with customers through Facebook / Whatsapp

Job Requirements
  • Must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work in front of the computer for long hours.
  • Training will be provided
