Job ResponsibilityADMIN CUM HR JOB ROLE
-Assist in clerical duties & general office administration
-Key in transaction into accounting systems.
-To assist on general paper work, documentation and filing .
-To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by firm from time to time
-Assist in preparation letter , agreement
-Assist in daily scan temperature
-Assist in monitor staff attendance
-Assist in commission calculation, & checking
-To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by firm from time to time
Requirement:
-At least SPM qualification
-Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English
-Computer literate (Excel, Word, etc. )
-Ability to multitask and prioritize workload & manage time effectively
-Can work independently, have sense of responsibility and a good working attitude.
-Minimum 1 year experience in similar field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
