Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
o Assist in general office administrative matters on a day-to-day operation, preparing documents, filing, update paperwork, invoicing
o Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management/ supervisor
Qualifications/Requirements:
o SPM/ Diploma or fresh graduates.
o Basic computer skills (excel, word)
o Good communication skills. The ability to speak basic Bahasa Malaysia/ Mandarin/ English
o Accountable, honest, team player, hardworking, willingness to learn / share responsibilities and most importantly a positive attitude.
o Willing to work on Saturday from 9am to 1pm (rotational basis)
o Willing to work in Jalan Ipoh
Working Hours: 9am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 9am to 1pm (Saturday)
Lunch Hour: 1.00 - 2.00pm for Monday to Friday
Confirmation period = 6 months
